Ingredients

2 large glasses

1courgette
2kiwi fruit (the smoothie will contain "bits" no matter what you do, so personally I think peeling them is a waste of time)
1banana
1 cupjuice (I used coconut water and pineapple juice, but use whatever you have to hand!)
1 tbsplime juice

Steps

Chop the fruit & veg into chunks. Chuck everything into a liquidiser, blend until smooth.

Serve with a couple of ice cubes.
