Ingredients

2 large glasses
  • 1courgette
  • 2kiwi fruit (the smoothie will contain "bits" no matter what you do, so personally I think peeling them is a waste of time)
  • 1banana
  • 1 cupjuice (I used coconut water and pineapple juice, but use whatever you have to hand!)
  • 1 tbsplime juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the fruit & veg into chunks. Chuck everything into a liquidiser, blend until smooth.

  2. 2

    Serve with a couple of ice cubes.
