Diced Steak Made with Ground Beef

Diced steak is expensive, but I wanted to eat it! So I made diced steak using cheap ground beef!

I sometimes make "Garlic Steak Pilaf" with this recipe - add rice to the cooked diced steak and stir-fry with garlic, soy sauce and butter as you gently crush the rice and meat. It is also very delicious. Recipe by Mikidon mama

  3. 3

Cook each side of the meat, turning with a spatula so it doesn't burn. It's done when the sauce has mixed in.

You can also make this in a frying pan, and serve it with grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce. It is delicious.
