Traditional sweets served as dessert. Malpua are made from maida or wheat flour, khoya and pua( puris) are deep fry and soaked in sugar syrup. Also can be serve with rabri.

Traditional sweets served as dessert. Malpua are made from maida or wheat flour, khoya and pua( puris) are deep fry and soaked in sugar syrup. Also can be serve with rabri.
Steps

In non-stick kadhai add milk powder,milk and ghee. Mix and cook on slow flame till thicken like dough. It will take about 10 minutes to make khoya (Mawa). Cool it.

In mixing bowl/ plate add grated khoya, maida and barik rava. Mix well and add little little milk and bind into soft dough. Take lemon size ball from prepared dough. Flattened it and roll each into 2"-3" small puris.

Heat ghee in Kadhai for frying. Roll each flattened balls into 2" diameter round puri. Deep fry in hot ghee on slow- medium flame. It will gradually puff up. Flip over and fry till crispy golden. Similarly prepare All.

In another Kadhai add sugar and water. Add saffron strands and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1 tsp lemon juice so it doesn't crystallized.!

Drop fried malpua puris in hot sugar syrup. Soak for 2 -3 minutes.

Serve Relish Delicious Khoya Malpua garnishing with almond- pistachio flakes and dried rose petals.
