Grilled Paneer/ Chenna Sandwich

#mychildhoodrecipe #cookpadindia
This sandwich my friend/ classmate Swati Kwantia in Junior School used to bring for Tiffin along with Green Chutney and I loved it. One day I told her to get the recipe from aunty and she however memorised and got it for me and I also however went and told my mom and with the help of mom started making it over the weekend for breakfast.
I prefer homemade Chenna for this.

Steps
- 1
Prepare all ingredients as listed above and mix all the ingredients together.
- 2
Lay/spread the Filling on one slice of bread and top it with another. Put on the Electric Grill Toaster, brush it with butter or Olive oil, close, and grill 3-4 minutes or as desired by you. Cut the sandwich and serve hot with Sauce or Chutney of your choice. If you are not having it immediately, cling wrap and keep it in the fridge and grill it whenever you feel like having it. So you can make these sandwiches in advance too.

I have another Vegetarian Sandwich recipe too.
