Peel and cut the mangoes into pieces.
Add the mango pieces and sugar into a blender to make puree.
Traditionally we squeeze out all the puree with bare hands. - 2
Add cardamon powder and some ice cubes or keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Serve chilled with hot whole wheat pooris.
