In a pan add ghee & semolina. Roast it for 3-4mins.

Remove it out in a dish.

Add oil to the same pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chilies, urad dal & chana dal. Cook it for a minute.

Then add pieces of cashew nuts & cook till it turns golden brown.

Add roasted suji, salt & lime juice to it.

Mix & then add water carefully.

Cook it & it is done.

Serve it & enjoy.
