Ingredients

  1. 500 gmbeef keema
  2. 3soaked bread slices
  3. 1medium onion (fried)
  4. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  5. 2 tbspmint leaves
  6. 2green chillies crushed
  7. 2 tbspginger/garlic paste
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 2 tspcrushed coriander seeds
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  12. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  13. 1 tsplemon juice
  14. 2eggs
  15. 1 tbspcornflour
  16. Salt for eggs
  17. bread crumbs for coating

    It a processer add keema,soaked bread,garam masala,salt,red chilli flakes, g/g paste,crushed green chillies, lemon juice,crushed coriander seeds, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cornflour, chilli powder & fried onion... marinate it at least 3-4 hours

    Make a flattened shape.. coat it with bread crumbs than dip in egg.. shallow fry it but in a good quantity of oil.. pour egg from above as well..

    Serves these jaali kabab with bread & enjoy..
