Chocolate Crepes

A classic French Pancake that's been thinned out using a cast Iron griddle or a non-stick tawa. And is either stuffed or folded. It's mostly topped with Seasonal Fruits, Cream etc. They are both Savoury and Sweet. They are moderately low in Sugar and can be relished with one's own favourite toppings.
These are made at home from the scratch by me for my family and friends both very often. Try these for your loved ones too as nothing can beat homemade fluffy and delicious Crepes.

The name comes from old French Crespe which traces back to the Latin word crispa or crispus which means curled. This largely refers to their slightly ruffled edges after being cooked.
That's it. All said and done, these are absolutely awesome and lip-smacking. Goes well for a lovely Breakfast on a weekend or a holiday. Relish with Fruits, Fresh Cream, Whipped Cream, Honey, Maple Syrup, Compotes etc. You will just not stop at one.

Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
