Ingredients

  • 1 piecesalmon
  • 1 packsoft silken tofu
  • 10 piecescherry tomatoes
  • Sauce:ketchup,sugar,,flour,vinegar,black pepper
  • 2shallot minced

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry salmon then set aside.

  2. 2

    In a heated wok with oil.Sautee shallots then tomatoes then the sauce.Simmer then.put back the fish.

  3. 3

    Slowly add the tofu then simmer it.Until done
