Mixed Sprouts Chaat

In my childhood, my mother used to give green moong and Kala chana sprouts with grated coconut and jaggery on each Sunday morning. Even now, I remember those unforgettable days.
Now I am following my mother's recipe as a base for this dish with available sprouts.
Mixed sprouts chaat is healthy and delicious food. Here, I have taken three types of Rajma sprouts, green moong sprouts, kala chana sprouts, peas sprouts, soybeans sprouts and bhatmas sprouts. As some seeds are hard sprouts, to make softer and easily digestible, they were blanched in a microwave oven. The ultimate goal to make this recipe tasty and flavored was achieved.

Steps

Clean and wash the sprouts. Cook for 4 minutes in the microwave.

Heat oil, add chopped onion, garlic, and green chilies. Saute till onions are translucent. Add sprouts and all dry ingredients. Cook only to mix well.

Serve in a plate with chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
