Wash and thinly grate potatoes then remove the excess water and add cornflour, salt, turmeric powder,cumin-coriander powder mix everything now take a nonstick griddle add some butter, and spread the hash browns with palm let it cook on each side for 2 minutes once it’s golden on both sides remove it. besides fry a simple omelet with salt, pepper.

Take a serving plate pop egg over potatoes hash browns garnish with coriander leaves and relish it hot & delicious…!
