Ingredients

30 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  1. 1.1 lbs (500 grams)chicken breast
  2. For the marinade:
  3. 1 packetLobo seasoning mix
  4. 2 tablespoonscurry powder
  5. 3 tablespoonsGreek yogurt
  6. 1/2 cup (120 ml)canned coconut milk
  7. 2 tablespoonspalm sugar

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Slice the chicken breast thinly and marinate with the Lobo seasoning mix.

    Add Greek yogurt to the chicken.

    Add coconut milk and palm sugar, then marinate everything together for 2-3 hours.

    Grill the marinated chicken.

    Alternatively, you can air fry at 356°F (180°C) for 10 minutes, but the texture will be a bit firmer and less tender than grilling.
