Purple Cabbage Salad for Halloween

I happened across some purple cabbage when thinking about a dish for a Halloween party.
Add many kinds of vegetables for a colorful and beautiful presentation.
I recommend avocado for a nice accent.
A rich dressing, such as Caesar salad dressing, goes well with this salad. Recipe by Nekoashi

Steps
- 1
Tear the cabbage with your hands into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Shape the carrot slices into Jack O'Lanterns, and the potato slices into ghosts. I made them with a knife, but a cookie cutter should also work.
- 3
Cut the kabocha into bite-sized pieces and microwave until tender. Cook the shaped carrots and potatoes in the same way.
- 4
Cut the avocado and ham into bite-sized pieces.
- 5
Serve it as you like. Pour Caesar salad dressing on top and enjoy.
