  • 1Chikuwa
  • 1Cheese (any kind)
  • 1Panko
  • 1Fresh parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chikuwa into 4.

    A picture of step 1 of Crispy Chikuwa.
  2. 2

    Lay the cheese in the hollows of the chikuwa. (You can use any kind of chikuwa.)

    Sprinkle with panko and parsley.

  4. 4

    Lay on parchment paper, and bake for about 3-5 minutes in a toaster oven, then it's done.
