1Chikuwa
1Tomato ketchup
1use as much (to taste) Easy melting cheese
1Black pepper or parsley

Cut the chikuwa into 4.

Spread ketchup and lay cheese in the hollows of the chikuwa.

Bake for 5 minutes in a toaster oven, sprinkle with black pepper and parsley, then it's done.
