Every Thanksgiving my son Gabe comes up with an idea for a cake for me to make. This one we designed together several years ago, replicates a black and white cookie.I just completed this one today.

I am a beginner at baking so I decided to try out this recipe I got from CookBookRecipes and it came out amazing! Very moist and yummy :-) My hubby loved it <3 I will definitely make this again!

This white cake is our favorite for dressing up (or down) with frosting or without. I’ve been known to mix up a lemon drizzle for a lil bit’o variety. Our grandgirl loves to decorate it. This one is “spooka-ly eyed”.
