Ingredients

30 minutes marinating, 15 minutes cooking
6 wings
  1. 6chicken wings
  2. 1little minced garlic
  3. Marinade
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 pinchblack pepper
  6. Seasoning
  7. 1/2 cupwater (100 ml)
  8. 1 1/2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  9. 2 teaspoonssugar
  10. 1 dashsesame oil
  11. 1/2-1 tablespoonhoney

Steps

30 minutes marinating, 15 minutes cooking
  1. 1

    Thaw the chicken wings. Marinate with salt and black pepper for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan with oil and pan-fry the chicken wings on both sides until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Push the chicken wings to one side. Add a little oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Add water, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Cook until the sauce thickens. Finally, add honey and mix well. Adjust the amount of honey to taste. Serve.
