Steps

Peel, roughly chop and boil the Celeriac in a pan until soft.

Meanwhile, prepare Ginger and Garlic.

Strain Celeriac and return to heat with added butter, garlic, ginger, nutmeg & chilli flakes.
Fry for a few mins continuously stirring. - 4
Add cream cheese and whizz to a puree with a hand blender.

Enjoy alone or as a side dish.
