Steps

First fry meat in a little oil add all spices in it

Add ginger garlic paste in it mix well

When it fry add water to tender when meat 50 percent tender add soaked Daal chana

Cook till completely tender in a low flame

Grind the better in a chopper

Add chopped green chilli chopped mint chopped onion mix well

Make a shape of kababs fry in a low flame and serve as sandwiches or in burger with ketchup
