Ingredients

1 hour
4 people
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 4boiled Raw banana
  • 3 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoonchaat masala
  • 2 tablespoonrava /suji
  • 1 tablespoonghee
  • as per tasteSalt(both refined and black salt)
  • as per tasteOil and ghee mix for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil all the bananas and peel them after boiling.

  2. 2

    Smash the bananas and take in one bowl.

  3. 3

    Mix the wheat flour and maida and start kneading by adding liter water as required for making puri.

  4. 4

    Add chaat masala, black pepper, one tablespoon ghee, Rava and knead the dough well.

  5. 5

    Rest the dough for 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Finally roll out the puri's and deep fry it.

  7. 7

    Serve the Garma Garam puri with curd and njoy
