Moist! Apple & Yogurt Cake

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I have a never-ending supply of apples, so I tried this variation of my other recipe, "Moist! Yogurt Cake". I wanted to make something so I could eat those delicious apples.

After cracking the egg, put the bowl on a kitchen scale. Weigh in the yogurt, then stir round and round. Repeat with the sugar. If you do it like this, you can measure out the ingredients while mixing.
As the apples are sweet, I reduced the sugar a bit to 65g, but you can add more sugar to taste. Recipe by chikappe
