Dahi tikhari is a Kathiyawad based Gujarati recipe. It has two main ingredients that is curd and garlic. This dish served with bhakhri, rotla, paratha or khichadi tastes very delicious. At my place dahi tikhari served with khichadi is liked by all.

Steps

First of will prepare garlic paste and for that take garlic and Kashmiri red chilli powder and churn it.

In a pan heat oil and add churned paste of garlic and Kashmiri red chilli powder and don't heat much. Paste to be added in medium heated oil.

When bubbles are seen in oil add coriander jeera powder, turmeric powder and add salt to taste.

Switch off the gas and mix everything well and then add curd.

Curd to be mixed well with oil such that our dahi tikhari gets ready.

This dahi tikhari can be served with bajra rotla, paratha, Bhakhri or khichadi.
