For the batter:
50 gramsPancake mix
40 mlWater
1/8 tspSalt
1/2 tbspVegetable oil
For toppings:
1Ketchup
1 dashSalt
1 dashPepper
1Shredded pizza cheese
1Bacon
1Plastic wrap

Put the pancake mix, water, salt and vegetable oil into a bowl and mix with a whisk.

Coat a microwaveable gratin dish lightly with vegetable oil (not listed), and pour in the mixture from Step 1. Smooth out the surface.

Season with ketchup, salt and pepper.

Top with the pizza cheese and sliced bacon, and wrap.

Microwave it at 600 W for 1 minute 30 seconds, and then let it steam for 1 minute.
