1Chicken breast
3pieces Pork belly
1◇ Finely chopped Japanese leek
1◇ Egg
1 tbsp◇ Sake
1 tbsp◇ Soy sauce
1 tbsp◇ Katakuriko
1 tsp◇ Grated ginger
1 dash◇ Salt and pepper
200 gramsKimchi
2 1/2 cup〇 Water
1 tbsp〇 Chicken soup stock
1 tbsp〇 Soy sauce
3 tbsp〇 Miso
1/2 tbsp〇 Sugar

Roughly chop the chicken breast and pork belly.

Put the meat from step ① into a bowl with the ◇ ingredients. Knead well with your hands until the mixture becomes sticky.

Add the 〇 ingredients and the kimchi (with its juices) to an earthenware pot. Bring to a boil and the kimchi soup is ready.

Now just add the vegetables of your choice and use a spoon to drop the meatballs into the soup. It's done.
