Ingredients

1Avocado
1/4Onion
2 tbspMayonnaise
8Wiener sausages
4Plain bread rolls (small)
1Ketchup, mustard

Make the avocado filling. Remove the avocado skins and pits. Cut into 1 cm chunks. Chop the onion and mix with the avocado and mayonnaise in a bowl.

Prepare the bread. Make a long, deep cut in the center of the top of the bread. (See picture)

Cook the wiener sausages in a frying pan. Stuff the bread with the avocado dip and put the wiener sausages on top. Top with ketchup and mustard as desired.
