  • Crunch Layer
  • 3/4 cupfirmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cupGraham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cupMelted Butter
  • 1/2 cupChopped pecans
  • Cake
  • 1 boxyellow cake mix
  • 1 cupWater
  • 1/3 cupoil
  • 2 tspvanilla
  • 3Eggs
  • Frosting
  • 1 canvanilla frosting
  • 8 ozCool whip

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Grease three 10-inch cake pans

  3. 3

    In a small bowl, combine the crunch layer ingredients until crumbly; press 1\3 of the mixture into the bottom of each pan.

  4. 4

    In a large bowl, mix all cake ingredients until moistened. Pour batter evenly in each pan

  5. 5

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes. Cool for ten minutes, remove from pans then cool completely.

  6. 6

    in a large bowl, combine all frosting ingredients; blend until smooth. and creamy.

  7. 7

    Frost and stack the three layers.
