Big Brownies with Cocoa

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I made these to sell at a kindergarten bazaar. Since oil is used instead of butter, they are inexpensive. These brownies are light and not too rich, so they are great for kids to eat.

●Mix the eggs and sugar together very well at the beginning.
●Don't mix the flour too much at the end.
You don't need to melt any chocolate, so it's easy!
Don't over-think this, just mix. For 25 x 28 cm [9.8 x 11.0 in] baking sheet. Recipe by Chiyoechan

Let it cool down a bit, and then cut up in any size you like. You should cut them into squares since that's how brownies are supposed to be!?
