  1. 2medium to large size milk fish, sliced and cleaned with scales
  2. 2 tbspnrock salt
  3. 250 mlolive or canola oil
  4. 10 pcsbay leaves
  5. 10 pcsolives
  6. 2 pcscarrots, sliced
  7. 10 pcspickles
  8. 1 headgarlic, peeled
  9. 2 pcsred chili
  10. 1/2tspn clove powder
  11. 3-4 cupswater

    Salt the fish generously, leave for at least 1hr in the chiller.

  2. 2

    Wash, drain, and pat the fish dry.

  3. 3

    Arrange all your dry ingredients in a pressure cooker.

  4. 4

    Pour in oil and water. The water should be at least 1/2"to a 1" higher than the rest of the ingredients.

  5. 5

    Cook using the pressure cooker for at least 1hr 15 mins, in low fire once the regulator starts whistling.

  6. 6

    After cooling the pressure cooker off, check if the oil and water is reduced to your liking. Add another 15 to 45 mins of cooking time, according to your liking.
