Ingredients

  4. 1.5 cupcabbage
  5. 1/2 cuppeas
  6. 1beet root
  7. 1 1/2capsicum
  8. 2medium size onion
  9. 3medium size tomatoes
  10. 2 Tbspoil
  11. 3 Tbspbutter
  12. 1 Tspcoriander powder
  13. 1/4 Tspturmeric powder
  14. 1 TspKashmiri red chilli powder or as per your taste
  15. as per your tasteSalt
  16. 1 Tbsppav bhaji masala
  17. 1 Tbsplemon juice Chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Let’s chopped finely all the vegetables cabbage, beet root, carrot, capsicum and potatoes for boiling. Now chopped onion, tomatoes, and coriander finely and keep them aside.

    Next add some water in pressure cooker, put some salt, add all chopped vegetables and peas. Take 3 -4 whistle and let them completely cool them. Once it is cold, mash them with a masher or you can grind it for few seconds if you want and keep it aside.

    Now let’s take a pan, add some oil, add 2 tbsp butter on it and make it hot. Once it is hot, add chopped onion and Sauté until it become soft. Now add chopped tomatoes and some salt on it, mix it well, cover it with the lid and cook it until they become soft.

    Now add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix it well. Next add mashed vegetables, lemon juice on it and mix it well. Now add some salt if needed, pav bhaji masala and 1 tbsp butter and mix it well. Finally, the pav bhaji is ready to serve. Garnish it with the chopped coriander and serve it hot with the butter Pav/masala pav.

    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐯 -
    Let’s take the pan and make it hot on medium flame, then add the butter as per your taste, add pav bhaji masala on it along with the pinch of salt & chopped coriander and mix it well. Now place the pav on it with its both sides, roast it little bit and serve it. Make sure the masala on top of Pav must not burn.
