Ingredients

1 cupcauliflower finely chopped
1cupcarrot finely chopped or grated
1 cupboiled aloo mashed
1 cupchopped onions
1 cuptomato chopped
1 cupgreen peas
1 cupfinely chopped capsicum
1 cubebutter
1 spoonlemon juice
as per tastesalt
2 spoonspav bhaji masala
as requiredCoriander leaves chopped

Steps

Take pan add oil put chopped onion cook till golden.

Add tomatoes and add salt.

Put all the veggies and cover with lid for 5 mins.

Add pav bhaji masala and mix now mash a everything together.

Put butter in it and add 1 lemon juice.Serve hot with pav or paratha.
