Pour oil in a pan, add in minced chicken and cook for some minutes. Add in ginger, garlic, cumin powder, salt, black pepper powder and cook for 10mins.

Then add in thyme and curry,
seasoning, chopped onion and scotch bonnets. Stir well and cover it with a lid. Allow it to cook until it's done. Remove from flame and set aside. - 3
Mix flour and water (in small quantity) to form a smooth paste, keep aside.

Take a samosa sheet, fold the curved part in two, rub the paste to seal it. Add in your filling and fold it well to make a triangular shape and seal it properly. Repeat the process for the remaining sheets.

Heat up oil and fry both sides on medium flame until golden brown. Drain and serve. Enjoy!
