10Garlic cloves
1/4 tspChilli powder.
1/4 tspSambar powder.
to tasteSalt
1 tbspGingerly oil.

Steps

Crush the garlic cloves

Mix the crushed garlic cloves with chilli powder and Sambar powder.

Add salt to the above mixture according to taste

Pour some gingerly pilot the above mixture as it just mixes well.

Serve it with idly, Sosa and apparently.
