  3. 80 mlolive oil
  4. 500 gsquid
  5. 1 handfulfrozen shrimp
  6. 230 gshort-grain rice
  7. 4 tablespoonshomemade tomato sauce
  8. 700 mlhot water or fish stock
  9. To taste black pepper
  10. 2 packetssquid ink
