Soft breakfast biscotti

Whisk by hand your eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil and yoghurt. Add your sieved flour and baking powder and mix with a spatula to form a soft dough. Add your chopped chocolate and form your cookies.
Place on a tray and sprinkle with more sugar. Bake at 190 or gas mark 5 until gold around the edges.
Serve with a touch of icing sugar and your favourite drink.
