This is my go to meal when I get home tired, It is also well-balanced

Mix the flour into your boiling water, to form a thick paste, add flour as necessary, leave it to cook

For the greens
Cook your onions till well done, add your tomatoes and capsicum. Cover and cook for three minutes until it forms a paste - 3
Add your cut greens into the pan, stir and cover to let it cook

For the eggs
Cook your onions slightly and add your tomatoes and mash to form a paste - 5
Add your eggs into the pan with the paste and dhania

Let the egg cook for two minutes then begin stirring it to mix well with the other ingredients. Add salt to taste. Keep stiring till the egg is well done.

Serve while hot. Enjoy!
