  1. 100 gm maida
  2. Pinchbaking soda salt
  3. Pinchblack pepper powder, jeera

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in maida, add little water. Knead with a small spoon of pure ghee.

  2. 2

    Roll n let it be done on the back of cast iron tawa!
    Serve with any gravies curry n
