Omelet Filled with Natto, Tuna and Mayonnaise

This is the omelet version of "Seriously Good!! Aburaage Filled with Natto, Tuna and Mayonnaise"!
The reason why you cook the onions in the microwave to start is because the omelet doesn't cook through.
You add the cheese first and separately from the other ingredients so that it will melt easily.
I think that adding black pepper makes the omelet slightly Western-styled. Recipe by Unagiinu

Actually, when I made this for the first time I also made some pizza-flavored ones with wiener sausages instead of natto. But they didn't taste very good.Fry the aburaage slowly over a low-medium heat so that the filling cooks through. If you're not a big fan of raw onions or in a hurry, microwave it for a bit before adding it to the Step 2 mixture.I also made this without tuna. Recipe by Unagiinu cookpad.japan -
Japanese-style Omelette with Natto and Cream Cheese Japanese-style Omelette with Natto and Cream Cheese
I love natto and cream cheese together. So, I tried folding them inside some soft eggs to make an omelette. The resulting dish was delicious as it was mildly flavored overall thanks to the eggs.I think you only need the saltiness of the natto sauce, Japanese mustard, and the cream cheese to season the omelette. For best results, use a decent amount of green onions and bonito flakes. Try making an omelette with your usual frying pan a few times to get the hang of it. I initially failed at making omelets, too. Now, it falls apart only on some occasions, and I fix it later when it happens. Recipe by milketmoi cookpad.japan -

Natto with Miso and Mayonnaise Natto with Miso and Mayonnaise
My husband's brother taught me this recipe. He insists that this is way to eat natto. He recommends it to me whenever we talk about cooking. When I decided to give it a try, it tasted much better than I'd imagined.Add the accompanying sauce from the natto pack to taste. If you like your natto to be strongly flavored, try adding a few drops of soy sauce. If you like yours slightly spicy, mix in some ra-yu, doubanjiang, or yuzu pepper. My brother-in-law recommends both the green onion miso mayonnaise and the tuna miso mayo. Tuna & Green Onion Japanese-Style Omelet Tuna & Green Onion Japanese-Style Omelet
I often hear busy people complaining that they want to be able to eat a proper meal in the morning but don't have time, so I came up with this recipe. This omelet can be made quickly with ingredients already on hand and is full of volume. The rich aroma of the 100% pure sesame oil will increase your appetite!Make sure to drain the liquid from the can of tuna. If you leave too much tuna in it, the omelet won't wrap up very easily. Heat the frying pan well before pouring in the egg. If you cook the egg too much it will harden, so be careful! It's best to combine the onion and tuna in a bowl beforehand.
