A. dried yeast, fresh milk, sugar mix together the leave it for 10minutes.

Add in the egg&salt mix well then add in the flour a little by little knead well,the add in the butter knead well, cover with cling wrap leave it for 1hour

Spread the butter on the table, put the dough on the table knead well around 2minutes,the dividend the dough much you like,me I dividend into 13pieces,cover with cling wrap & clean cloth leave it for 30minutes then spread the fresh milk on top the dough.

Bake for 20minutes in 160'c

Take out from oven, spread with butter, ready to serve
