Very easy to prepare 😋I adjusted the recipe by adding some more vegetables, and it turned out much tastier.

Welp, I managed to come up with 200 recipes. Apparently I had more ideas than I thought😂 I got a really good deal on chuck roasts. And I had some mushrooms to use up. This takes a couple of hours, depending on how small you break the roast down. It’s a rich, meaty, super savory supper. The gravy is thick and the mushrooms are meaty. I love it over rice but you can do mashed potatoes, noodles, or whatever you like.
