Ingredients

  1. Bread
  2. Mayonaisse
  3. 1 cupmixed cheese (pepper jack, mozzarella, parmesan, etc)
  4. 1 cupSpinach arugula mix
  5. 2 tbspchopped pickled cucumber
  6. 5-6Cherry tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Grate all cheeses. Mix them with chopped pickled cucumbers (gherkins) spinach and arugula.

  2. 2

    Spread the mix on a slice of bread. Layer with tomato slices or cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Spread mayo on outer sides of bread slices and put on a pan till the bread turns golden brown. Cover the pan so that the cheese melts.
