Steps

  1. 1

    First parboil your rice
    put oil in the pot
    add your grated pepper,onion and scotch bonnet
    add d chopped carrot and green beans
    add your seasoning and spices
    dein add d parboiled rice and stire

    Allow to steam for some minutes
