Steps

Peel the skin of avocado. Split it into two and remove the seed.

Chop the same into square pieces and keep aside. In a pan, heat the olive oil on a sim flame.

Add the finely grated garlic. Stir till starts changing colour to pink.

Now add the grated avocado and saute on the sim flame for a few seconds (approx. 5 seconds).

Turn off the flame. Add the finely chopped green chillies, lime juice, pepper powder and salt and mix.

Add the cooked rice and mix well. Warm the rice on the flame or heat in a microwave before serving.
