Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 CupsApplesauce (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 CupLiquid Honey
  • DashSalt
  • 1/3 CupSugar
  • 2Egg Whites

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine applesauce, honey, salt and half of the sugar. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually beat in remaining sugar and fold in applesauce mixture.

  2. 2

    Pour into refrigerator tray and freeze until firm (about 3 hours). Enjoy!!!

All my recipes can be made gluten free if you just use gluten free flour except for a few but I will say that they aren’t able to be GF.😁😜
