Honey Chili Potatoes are Potatoes are fried and coated with sweet and spicy sauces something similar to Soya Chunk Manchurian but it tastes a little more sweets and Spicy as well.

Honey Chili Potatoes are Potatoes are fried and coated with sweet and spicy sauces something similar to Soya Chunk Manchurian but it tastes a little more sweets and Spicy as well.
Steps

Firstly, in a large vessel boil water and add wedges potato, 1 tsp salt.

Boil for 2 minutes or till the potato turns slightly soft.

Drain off the water and cornflour.
- 4
Combine well making sure the cornflour gets covered well over the potato.

Further, deep fry in hot oil. stir occasionally, till the potatoes turn golden brown and crisp. drain off the potatoes, removing off excess oil. keep aside.

Now in a large Kadai, heat oil and garlic, ginger.

Further saute onions and capsicum and green chilli on high flame.

Now add chili sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt.

Saute on high flame for 30 seconds.now mix corn flour in water without any lumps.pour the corn flour mixture and stir continuously till it turns translucent.

Turn off the flame and add honey and mix well.

Further add fried potato and mix gently.

Finally, serve honey chili potato hot.
