1 bunchBlanched spinach
1 bunchCoriander leaves
1 kgBlanched green peas approx
1.5 kgBoiled potatoes
as per taste Salt
as per taste Finely chopped green chillies
as required Bread crumbs
as required Cooking oil for deep frying

Blanch all the ingredients and boil potatoes

Now peel off potatoes mix well with all Ingredients.add salt

Make patties of this mixture with hand

Coat it with bread crumbs

Deep fry it

Serve hot with tomato ketchup
