Boiled milk then add 2 spoons milk powder. Add some saffron for colour,some green coriander powder for flavor

Take some chana,add some flour for binding add suji 1/3 of chana,some green coriander powder,sugar,& make a soft paste.now take out some pieces of chana.keep aside

Now hit a pan and hot some ghee for fry the chana's pieces.then keep the all chana pieces into the boiled milk.now boiled for 3 to 5 mnts

Now serve in a bowl and for garnishing add some saffron
