Steps

In a hard bottom wok add sugar and half cup of water and boil till one string consistency. Meanwhile heat oil or ghee to heat. I have used vanaspathi and oil equally

Add 2 tablespoon of water and mix and add gram flour add mix well by stirring continuously.

After mixing without lumps add one ladle full of hot oil mix well till oil absorbs. Repeat the procedure till oil separates.

Immediately transfer to a greased tray after 5 minutes cut to desired shape.

After cooling separate the prices and store in air tight box.
