    Cook sausages until golden

    Toast buns in a hot pan.

    Butter the golden buns.

    Cut sausage in half and set aside.

    Assemble the sandwich by layering the ripe tomatoes first, followed by sausage, then tomatoes again. Drizzle tomato sauce on top.
