In a pot,add on the plam oil and the tomatoes puree in a low flame. Fry for 2min or until the oil is separated from the tomatoes puree

And the meat glaze,stir

Add the locust beans, black pepper, salt and seasoning. give it a stir

Add meat, cheese cottage water and leave it to boil

Add the wash corn crumbs, cook for 1min

Add the spinach and serve
